We will treat all your information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a client) except where we are permitted by law or where the disclosure is made at your request or with your consent in relation to arranging your loan or mortgage. Where your application has been introduced by a third party, for example another broker, we may disclose information concerning the progress of your application to them. We will be pleased to confirm if this is the case.
We will store the information about you on computer and in other records. We will only use this information for the purposes registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, and where appropriate the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001. This may include sharing your information with other companies in the Openwork Network.
Further information regarding data protection will be provided by us with any loan documentation that may be sent to you. |
